The development of CPE gloves

CPE Gloves are developed from PE Gloves, to satisfy some customers’ requirements that they need better gloves than PE Gloves, but don’t want PVC or Nitrile Gloves, they are expensive and harmful to environment, then the CPE Gloves were developed, nearly same material and same application. People also call it Cast PE Gloves or Cast Poly Gloves because it use casting film machines to make it, some customers call the machine T-Die machine. They can be very thin, but can’t be as thin as PE Gloves, much cheaper than PVC Gloves but expensive than PE Gloves, easy to make and can keep hands away from water, oil and dust.

    The inner surface of your gloves needs to be smooth and comfortable. Have you ever thought about the glove’s outer surface? Textured gloves happen to have a rough outer surface. What are textured gloves? Have you ever examined the outer surface of a glove and noticed indentations? I am sure you have. These are what we call textured gloves.  Unlike regular gloves, they have patterns on their outer surface. These patterns can be straight lines, sand-like exteriors, dots, or geometrical shapes.
