What are PE gloves?

Polyethylene gloves, generally called PE gloves for short, is a kind of plastic gloves, it is made of blown polyethylene LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE. It can be divided into LDPE gloves , MDPE gloves and HDPE gloves .

 

LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene ) gloves , generally produced by high-pressure polymerization, with a density of 0.910-0.925 g/cm³.

 

MDPE(Medium-density polyethylene) gloves , with a density of 0.926～0.94g/cm³.Due to the increase in density, it has higher crystallinity ,higher melting temperature , better hardness and strength then LDPE.

 

HDPE （High-density polyethylene） gloves ,its density is 0.94～0.965g/cm³, it’s the highest density compare to the MDPE and LDPE . It has better rigidity, toughness, mechanical strength, solvent resistance, and stress crack resistance than LDPE. HDPE and LDPE are more used in daily life .

 

PE gloves are widely used in daily life .It is waterproof, oil-proof, anti-bacterial, acid-proof and alkali-proof, as well as anti-bacterial. It is quite convenient to use too , as the surface is processed with unevenness, it can prevent adhesion and can be mixed with left and right hands.


PE gloves is non-toxic and tasteless, it is widely used in kitchen,and it can be used to contact foods directly ,which make life more convenience.
